Staff
Randy is the main tax preparer. He has experience with individual as well as all types off business tax returns as well as estates and trusts. Randy is an IRS Enrolled agent and IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent. Randy has numerous years of experience preparing taxes at both a CPA firm and a nationwide tax preparation company.
Helen is currently finishing up her upper division classes to become a CPA. Her first of three tests in becoming a CPA is scheduled for the summer of 2008. She aces most of her classes, so passing the CPA test shouldn't be a problem. Helen is also an IRS Enrolled Agent and has experience working with the IRS for international students. She also has experience at a CPA firm and a nationwide tax preparation company.
Our third staff member does some back-office work and is an IRS Enrolled Agent with over 16 years of experience.

- Although we focus on tax preparation, we have training and experience in many areas. Did you know that Randy is a licensed Minnesota Health and Life Insurance Agent? We don't sell insurance during the tax season, but we can offer unbiased advice about insurance products you may have purchased or are thinking about.
